Closeness in a relationship needs emotional contact. But with today’s pace of life and everyday tiredness, there is often neither the time nor the energy left for it. The Mafia game format I created invites you to pause for a while and spend time together in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. An evening like this helps revive or strengthen relationships, and lets you see yourself and your friends in a new light.

We tailor each event to the group and agree it with the client in advance, taking the guests’ professions and personalities into account.

Event organisation

Depending on what you need, you can book just the game or full event organisation. The offer can include finding a venue for dinner and the game, help with planning the evening, on-site coordination, decoration, a host, and photo and video. And if you already have a venue and everything else planned, the game organisation package is all you need.

How does the evening work?

The evening lasts about 3 hours.

While guests are arriving, I recommend welcoming them with snacks and light drinks. Once everyone is there, dinner begins. After dinner the host introduces the guests and the game starts.

There are three game sessions, with breaks in between to share emotions and impressions. Three is the right number: it gives everyone time to get the hang of the rules of the Mafia game and start enjoying the game. Afterwards the host briefly sums up the evening and hands out the awards.

Number of players:

• Up to 10 guests can play at one table in each session.
• With 30 guests, everyone plays once.
• With 10 guests, everyone plays three times.
• With 20 guests, some — those eliminated first — play twice, and the rest play once.

If the aim of the birthday is a cosy evening and getting to know yourself and your friends better, I recommend one game table. If there are many guests and you just want to have fun, we offer two tables, with two hosts leading the evening.
